• A £50 non-refundable deposit (or the balance if less) is required to confirm a booking
• Organised group bookings by registered clubs accepted by prior arrangement
• Commercial vehicles accepted by prior arrangement
• During our PEAK & BANK HOLS our standard size tent pitches are maximum 8m x 5m including guy ropes.  Anything larger than this is classed as an extra large tent, and will be subject to a supplement.                                   
• Gazebos are allowed as long as they fit within your pitch and do not compromise the fire break. Gazebos will need to be taken down if windy or at staff request. Maximum size 3m x3m. 
• Balances must be paid in full 28 days prior to arrival
• Check in 12:30pm and check out 11am

• Price is for 2 people per night. Can sleep up to 4 people. Additional people are charged at £5.00 per person per night.
• Bed linen IS NOT included, please bring your own sleeping bag or bedding.

• We DO NOT provide any cooking equipment, please bring this with you.
• Please note that cooking is prohibited inside the pods.  There is an allocated space outside for BBQ's or small gas stoves
• Strictly NO FIRES or FIRE PITS allowed
• Maximum 4 persons                         
• Check in from 2pm and check out if at 10:30am.
• First vehicle inclusive, extra vehicle £5 per night Maximum 2 vehicles per pod.

• Bedding packs - £20 double bed pack, £10 single bed pack. Both include bottom sheet, duvet  with duvet cover and pillows with pillow  cases.
• Dogs (maximum of 2) - £25 per week or £5 per night. Please note a vacuum cleaner is available for you to remove dog hair from the caravan prior to departure. Please bring your own dog beds and blankets. No dogs allowed on the furniture or beds.
• A £100 good housekeeping deposit  is required at time of booking. Refunded  after a satisfactory inspection of the unit on departure and it is found in the same condition as when you checked in. 
• Check in from 4pm and check out is at 10:30am

• Deluxe pod has a Kitchenette, shower and WC. With a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed                                    
• Deluxe pod can have a maximum of 2 cars (2nd car chargeable)

• Short stay bookings Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday available except between 24th May to 2nd June and 5th July to 5th September
