Static Caravan Terms & Conditions

  1. A £100 non refundable deposit is payable when booking and the balance is payable 28 days before arrival.
  2. No drones are allowed on site without the owners or Mnagers permission
  3. At the time of booking an ETA would have been requested, this will form part of your T&C's for the booking.
  4. CCTV is in operation around the park. This is for the security of the park, visitors and staff.
  5. Campsite speed limit of 5 mph must be strictly observed.
  6. Important. Please take note of where your nearest fire point is situated.
  7. All static caravan occupants must vacate the site by no later than 10:30am on their day of departure. We cannot allow any late leaves unless prior arrangements have been made. This is to allow time for us to clean & prepare the caravan for the following customers.
  8. No beds to be slept in without linen being used.
  9. A £100 cash deposit for cleaning and damages is required on check in which will be kept safe by us. We will refund this amount on departure after a satisfactory inspection of the caravan, and it is found in the same condition as when you checked in. Cleaning equipment and products are provided for you to use. Static caravans must be left as they are found; in a clean and tidy manner.
  10. Strictly no smoking or vaping in the static caravans.
  11. All visitors must report to the site office before going on site. A charge of £3 per car visiting will be made.
  12. When grass cutting or hedge trimming is taking place please be patient as we try to complete the work as quickly as possible.
  13. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for their children at all times whilst on the campsite, in particular when using the playground and when playing near the stream. Please keep children from playing near the railway line at all times. Always keep young children within sight and earshot of your static caravan; all children under 12 years should be accompanied by a parent/guardian whilst on the campsite and should be accompanied to the shower & toilet blocks.
  14. We have 2 shower blocks on site. When one is being cleaned, please use the other block. Thank you.
  15. Dogs must be kept on a short leash at all times and exercised out of campgrounds. If your dog fouls within the campsite, please remove the faeces immediately. Dogs must not be left unsupervised inside or outside the static caravan at any time when on park.
  16. In our dog friendly static caravans, dog owners are to provide dog beds, blankets and towels.
  17. Dogs are strictly not allowed on beds or seating areas.
  18. A dog hose pipe is available for your use near to the static for washing down muddy paws. We do ask that owners wipe their pets paws before entering the caravan especially if they are muddy and during wet weather.
  19. General waste and recycling bins are provided for litter, please use them.
  20. Any damage caused by pets is the responsibility of the owner and subsequent costs to repair any damage will be incurred by the owner. All pet owners agree to pay for any damages caused by their pets to any property belonging to Hendre Mynach.
  21. Hendre Mynach does not accept any liability for any injury caused to or by your pets whilst on site.
  22. The condition of your static caravan will be agreed between you and a member of Hendre Mynach staff on arrival and on departure. Before occupying the caravan the hirer should satisfy himself that the accommodation and equipment are in good condition. By occupying the caravan the hirer accepts responsibility for the unit and the equipment throughout the period of hire. Any damage or shortage found subsequently will be charged for. Hendre Mynach staff reserve the right to inspect the accommodation before departure and charges may be levied if the caravan is not left in a clean and tidy condition. Please highlight any issues immediately. Cleaning equipment including a vacuum cleaner is provided for your use.
  23. The hirer has no right to sub-let the accommodation or to permit more than the agreed number of persons to occupy it.
  24. Open log or coal fires are not permitted, but outside barbecues are, provided they are raised off the ground & only used for cooking purposes. Any damage to the outside furniture will be charged for. (You must adhere to our campsite barbecue safety sheet).
  25. The volume of radios, televisions etc. must be kept low at all times and especially after 10pm. Anyone found causing a disturbance on the park will be evicted without a refund.
  26. For the safety of all site users, especially children, please ensure that you use the public footpath and the entry/exit gate to the beach. Do not climb the fences.
  27. For the safety of children, please make sure that they do not ride their bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades etc. in and around the area of the shop, reception, car park or paths around the shower/toilet blocks.
  28. The use of any firearms, crossbows, catapults, BB guns, laser, drones and similar items are strictly prohibited.
  29. The flying of kites and other objects is strictly prohibited on the site due to overhead electric powerlines.
  30. No ball games with leather footballs, cricket balls or any other hard balls etc. or frisbee games are allowed on the touring caravan section. Only softball games are permitted on site.
  31. Washing of all motor vehicles is prohibited on site.
  32. Please do not hang or tie washing lines to the mains electric hook-ups or mains electric posts. Window-hanging clothes dryer is provided for your use.
  33. Physical and verbal abuse towards staff and other park users will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate eviction from the site.
  34. Anti-social behaviour whether under the influence of alcohol or not will never be tolerated on park. You will be evicted from the park and no refund will be given.
  35. Please ensure that you remove ignition keys from all parked vehicles to prevent accident and theft.
  36. Please keep any personal cleaning chemicals and medicines in a locked area thus reducing the risk to children and of theft.
  37. No responsibility will be accepted by Hendre Mynach Caravan Park or its employees, for any items belonging to or rented by customers that are stolen or damaged whilst on the site.
  38. We exercise a zero tolerance policy with the use of non-prescription drugs. The police will be informed immediately and you will be evicted from the park with no refund.
  39. Driving tuition is strictly prohibited on site.
  40. The normal highways rules apply on park at all times with no exceptions. This includes driving with children sitting on passengers or drivers laps, wearing seat belts and driving whilst under the influence of alcohol.
  41. Our terms and conditions are correct at the time of booking but are subject to change at any point.

Cancellation Policy

  • A £100 deposit of the total balance should be paid to confirm your booking. This is non-refundable.
  • All balances should be paid no later than 28 days prior to arrival.
  • Bookings with all balances paid up to date and in full the following conditions apply;
  • For bookings cancelled between 27 & 21 days prior to arrival, the 50% deposit will be retained. Of the balance left you will be refunded 50%.
  • For bookings cancelled 20 days or less prior to arrival no refund will be given.
